Sometimes you have to do the things you don’t want to do so you can do the things you want to do. You have to have a reason for doing whatever it is you’re doing. A fitness goal, a travel plan, or a career change. Look internally as to why you’ve thought about taking certain action and be disciplined with your plan to get there dude. The excuses to not do something are always longer than the ones to do it and my favorite ones are “I just wasn’t feeling it” ,“I don’t feel like it”, or “ I need motivation”. Going purely by feelings or motivation is a dangerous game. Motivation/feelings are fickle, they come and go. Be disciplined enough to do what you know you should do when you don’t feel like it. That’s when it counts.
